     lophophora fricii cv. takenaka ฟังจากชื่อก็พอจะรู้แล้วนะครับว่าเป็นไม้ในกลุ่ม fricii ที่เรารู้จักกัน แล้วความต่างที่เห็นได้ชัดว่าแตกต่างจาก fricii ธรรมดา คือ ตุ่มหนามที่เด่นชัดเป็นเต้าๆ แบ่งโดย บั้งชัดๆ  ญี่ปุ่นได้ดึงความเด่นนี้ออกมาแล้วตั้งชื่อให้ว่า takenaka แต่ลักษณะ อื่นๆ โดยรวมยังคงเหมือนเดิม สีผิว ดอก และ ลักษณะ การแตกกอเมื่อใหญ่ได้ที่แล้ว

     Agave Royal spine เป็นไม้ที่บรีดขึ้นมาใหม่ ระหว่าง agave สองชนิด คือ agave macroacantha กับ agave victoriae riginae ปกติแล้ว Agave Royal spine มี ขนาด ที่ไม่ใหญ่มากเป็นอากาเว่ ขนาด กลางๆ โตเต็มที่ได้ประมาณ 60 เซนติเมตร ลักษณะ โดยรวมของต้น ใบยังคงมีลัษณะ ยาว และแคบ ใบอ้วนคล้ายกับ agave macroacantha อยู่ แต่มี สีผิวที่อมเขียวจะไม่อมฟ้า ใบไม่มีลาย แต่ขอบหนามจะเป็นสีคล้ำน้ำตาล คล้าย agave victoriae riginae 




     This plant is hybrid, plant pollinate between agave macroacantha x agave victoriae riginae. Agave royal spine that grow to 60 cm. , leaf shape thin and narrow same macroacantha form. this plant have chiseled black edges lacking spine.
